How do I download Kite?
If you are being provided Kite by your workplace or employer you will need to download our blue Kite app on the stores (search The Kite Program on either app store). If you are a mum you can download Kite for Mums (pink icon) and Love your Kite is our Eating Disorder app which has its own app- user access through our Love your Kite page www.loveyourkite.com.
How long are the Kite modules?
Kites range from 5 days as a minimum up to 20 days. It depends on the topic! Each day takes no more than 5 mins to do, reflect or implement.
Why a Kite?
A Kite is a wonderful analogy for wellbeing. When you have the skills you can fly your kite high. When you lack the skills or confidence your kite can come crashing down. Our programs give you the skills and confidence to soar.
Can I trial Kite for my staff?
Please get in touch or book a demo with us if you would like to pilot (we refer to this as a proof of value exercise) the app for your people.
Can I use Kite on my tablet or laptop?
Kite is designed to be experienced on a smartphone and is not available for use on a laptop or tablet.
My business head count doesn't fit into the listed options?

Who is Love your Kite designed for?
Love your Kite is for anyone struggling with and eating disorder or disordered eating. Even if you struggle with your body image this program will apply to you.
What stage of motherhood is Kite for Mums designed for?
All stages of motherhood- from newborn to teenagers. This also applies to both working and stay at home mums.
How do I download Kite for Mums?
Search The Kite Program on the stores and select the pink kite app icon. This is a consumer app where you need to purchase through the app store but there is a week free trial.
Are there more mental health apps coming?
Yes we have some impactful projects in the pipeline including resources for IVF, baby loss, specific mental health issues and Kite for Dads.
